app will not work

I have the app on my iPhone 5S, and have loved it. Then I installed the update, and now my app will not work. I followed the company instructions to completely delete the app and reinstall. I’ve done this 5 times and the app still spontaneously shuts down when I try to open it. It blinks on my phone screen then crashes. I paid for this app and would appreciate either fixing it or giving me my money back.
